Response to GDPR right of access – Template

If you receive a request to right of access, you must inform the person who made the request which data you hold about them. Therefore, if there is any doubt about the request coming from the right person, you need to verify the identity of the person on the other end of the conversation. As a response to the GDPR right of access, you can use the below template. Moreover, make sure to either insert the data you hold about them in the text or to add a list of the data as attachment. Additionally, check if you send a copy of your privacy statement.
