Who are we?

What data?
Our services are aimed at businesses. We process:

Retention periods
For each of our processing activities we have established a retention period, taking into account the nature of the processing and our legal obligations.
Bruno in the knowledge base
When you ask Bruno, our AI assistant in the knowledge base, a question:
- chatYour question goes to our platform and to our AI provider Mistral to produce an answer. Email addresses and phone numbers are masked first. We keep the masked question and the answer for 30 days to improve our knowledge base, then delete them.
- fingerprintWe turn your IP address and browser type into a code, using a key that changes every day. We do not store your IP address itself. The code lets us count how many questions you ask per day.
- scheduleWe also keep that code, the time and technical details about the answer for 30 days, for the daily limit and for usage statistics, and then delete them. For statistics we keep only anonymous daily totals, without the code and without any text. Because the key changes every day, we cannot link questions from different days to each other.
- securityTo prevent abuse by bots we use Friendly Captcha, a service of Friendly Captcha GmbH in Germany. It starts only when you send a question, and it then sees your IP address and technical browser details, only to prevent abuse. It sets no cookies.
