Screen help: My Managed Companies

verified Last reviewed 12 September 2026 · GDPRWise legal team

What the My Managed Companies screen in GDPRWise shows resellers: the summary tiles, the table of companies with subscriptions and policy freshness, and how to jump into a client dossier.

summarize Key Takeaways
  • check_circle My Managed Companies is the overview screen for resellers, such as accountants and IT partners, listing every client company they manage in GDPRWise
  • check_circle You keep an eye on each client's subscription status and policy freshness and click a row to work inside that company's dossier
  • check_circle Done means the Needs attention and Expired Plans tiles are at zero

What you see here

The menu entry “Managed Companies” only appears when your company is set up as a reseller in GDPRWise, for example an accountant, law firm or IT partner offering GDPRWise to clients. Regular accounts do not see this screen.

At the top, five tiles summarise your client portfolio: “Free Plans”, “Paid Plans”, “Payment Pending”, “Expired Plans” and “Needs attention”.

Below is the table with one row per client company and the columns “Company name”, “Subscription”, “Policy freshness”, “Expiry date” and “Agents”. The Subscription column shows values such as “Paid”, “Not paid” or “Free Trial expired”. “Policy freshness” tells you whether that company’s published privacy policy still matches its dossier. “Agents” shows who from your team is assigned to that company. You can sort the table on any column.

What is expected of you

Use this screen as your starting point for every client session. Look first at “Needs attention” and “Expired Plans”: they count the companies where you need to act, such as renewing a subscription or regenerating an outdated policy.

Click a row to switch to that company. GDPRWise changes company context and you land on that client’s Compliance Dashboard, with its dossiers, documents and subscription in the left menu. Everything you do there applies to that client company. To go back to your own company or to another client, use the company switcher at the top right or return to this screen.

You do not link new clients from this table; how that works and which roles your team needs is described in the Reseller Runbook.

Next step

Your portfolio is in order when “Needs attention” and “Expired Plans” are at zero and every row under “Policy freshness” is current. Set a fixed moment, monthly for example, to go through this screen and talk to clients with an approaching “Expiry date” about renewing in time.
