AI tools can save you a lot of work. With online services, your text and files usually go to the provider. A customer list in an account that has not been approved can already be a data breach.
In this course you will learn to use AI safely: choosing the right tool and account, not entering data that does not belong there, checking the result, being open about AI and reporting quickly when something goes wrong. You practise with recognisable situations from everyday work.
