What you see here
This screen has no entry of its own in the menu. You reach it through the Stopped requests link at the bottom of the Processes we share with others screen. That link only appears once you have stopped at least one request.
The page title is Stopped requests. The description on the screen says it plainly: these are third-party processing requests that have been stopped. Stopped requests are archived and no longer active, but remain visible here for reference and audit purposes.
You see the same cards as on the outgoing screen, with the third party and the process, and on each card the note Stopped on with the date. The cards are read-only. You cannot edit, resend or delete them.
What is expected of you
Nothing. This screen exists to show that you deliberately ended a processing relationship, for example because you changed accountant or stopped using a tool. Under GDPR you must be able to show how you dealt with third parties, including the ones you no longer work with. That is why this archive stays in place.
To look up a stopped request, open the card and read its details. If you want to resume a stopped relationship after all, add the process again on the outgoing screen and send a fresh request. A stopped request is not reopened.
Stopping a request is not done here but on the card in the outgoing screen. The app first asks you to confirm that you want to stop the request.
Next step
Click Back to outgoing requests to return to the active list. There you see which requests are still Not sent or Pending since a date, and those do deserve your attention. How the whole Third-Party Dossier fits together is explained in Your Third-Party Dossier: With Whom Is Data Shared?.
