A short walkthrough of this screen in the app.

What you see here

Under My company you find the Subscription screen. At the top sits the Current plan card. During the trial it tells you when your free trial started and how many days you have left to upgrade. On a paid plan the card shows “expires on” with the expiry date, or “renews automatically on” when automatic renewal is on. If you work through a reseller you see “Paid by” with that company’s name.

Below is the Invoices table with the columns Date, Amount, Invoice No., Companies, Status, Due date and Upgraded by. An invoice moves through the statuses Pending, Awaiting payment, Processing and Paid; if something goes wrong you see Failed. Until you order something it reads “You have no invoices yet”.

This screen stays reachable when your plan has expired, so you can always renew.

What is expected of you

  1. Decide before your trial ends. The trial card counts down. To generate documents and set Dashboard actions to Done you need a paid plan. What exactly you get is in upgrading to a paid account.
  2. Pick your plan. Click Manage subscription (or Upgrade or Renew subscription). In the Manage your subscription window you choose a plan for your company, confirm your billing details and choose a payment method.
  3. Pay online or by bank transfer. Paying online gives an immediate upgrade. Paying by bank transfer is the most common route: you receive an invoice, transfer the amount and the status moves from Awaiting payment to Paid once the payment is processed. Check payment status requests an update.
  4. Sort out renewal. If Automatic renewal is on you need to do nothing. If you do not want that, click Cancel automatic renewal. An upgrade that is not yet paid can be withdrawn with Cancel upgrade.
  5. Download your invoices here. Your accountant finds every invoice in the table; there is nowhere else to look.

You are done when the card shows an active paid plan, with an expiry date or automatic renewal, and your latest invoice reads Paid.

Next step

Has your plan expired? Then you see the notice “Your subscription has expired. Choose a plan to regain access to your dossier and compliance dashboard.” Pick a plan and your dossier is available again right away. If you are not the account owner, contact the owner. Billing questions go through help and support.
